Sahar Kian
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Physiotherapist
Sahar is a physiotherapist with a strong interest in women’s health, sports-related injuries in women, and supporting the ageing population to maintain independence and quality of life. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University and is passionate about helping individuals move better, build strength, and achieve meaningful outcomes through structured rehabilitation.
Sahar takes a patient-centred approach, working closely with each individual to understand their goals and develop personalised plans that support both recovery and long-term wellbeing. Whether it’s returning to training, improving day-to-day function, or building confidence in movement, her focus is on delivering clear, results-driven care.
She has a particular passion for working with women across all stages of life, as well as supporting older adults to stay active, strong, and independent. Her approach combines education, guided exercise, and progressive rehabilitation to ensure lasting improvements beyond the clinic.
Outside of the clinic, Sahar enjoys strength training and Pilates, and is a self-confessed foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends.
